VertCode is a focused engineering practice. We work with SaaS companies that need production AI features and cannot wait six months to hire in-house.

We are based in Athens, which means we can offer senior European engineering at rates that make sense for US SaaS companies. Most of our work is for teams in the US and the UK.

We have shipped AI systems serving 7M+ users and processing 100K+ daily requests. Demos are easy. Production is the job.
Fewer clients, clearer scope.
We take on a small number of clients each quarter. Typically 2-4 active engagements at any time.
Every engagement starts with a two-week paid architecture sprint. You get a technical spec, cost model, and working prototype. From there you decide whether to continue.
We price by scope, not hours. Fixed price for defined work, monthly retainer for ongoing engineering.
We do not take EdTech competitors, healthcare clients requiring HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, or crypto projects.
