Privacy Policy

We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law. This page explains what we collect and why.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Who is responsible

The data controller is Breukers Willem Albertus E.E., Valaoritou 1, TK 10671, Athens, Greece. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send a brief through the contact form: your name, Discord handle, server or game link, project description and budget range.

When you email us or message us on Discord: whatever you choose to send.

When you visit the site: technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

To reply to you, scope and quote your project, and do the work if you hire us. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

To keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

To meet legal obligations such as invoicing and tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

Contact form briefs are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider. The site runs on a hosting provider that processes server logs on our behalf. Conversations on Discord are also subject to Discord's own privacy policy.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep briefs and project conversations for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or project, and invoicing records for as long as Greek tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email [email protected] to make a request.

You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
